Local Project Supervision

During a period of intense concurrent activity on the renovation project at the Mottec hydropower plant and along the waterway from the Moiry dam, SWISCORP was entrusted by HYDRO Exploitation SA to act as local project supervisor.

Operating within an exceptionally tight schedule, the objective was clear: to restore the facilities to service on time, despite significant weather-related challenges, including heavy snowfall that brought the entire region to a standstill just days before Easter — a situation characteristic of work conducted at elevations exceeding 2,000 meters above sea level.

Thanks to close collaboration, the strong commitment of personnel, and the flexibility demonstrated by all stakeholders, the works were successfully completed.
