During a six-month period, SWISCORP provided interim management for the Riviera-Chablais hydroelectric facilities on behalf of HYDRO.
To meet this challenge, a tailored solution was implemented through a shared leadership interim structure, combining two complementary profiles, two sets of experience, and two distinct perspectives. This approach made it possible to combine technical rigor with human-centered approach, guide teams through a demanding period, and ensure a smooth and effective transition of responsibilities to the newly appointed Hydroelectric Plant Director.
The 12 facilities, including the flagship Veytaux power plant, maintained a high level of performance and availability, while preserving a people-centered approach essential to sustainable performance.
