Wood scraping system rehabilitation

SWISCORP is proud to have contributed to the success of this major project by providing engineering services, manufacturing follow up, and on-site supervision for the complete rehabilitation of the wood chip collection system.

The newly implemented wood scraping system now ensures efficient, reliable, and sustainable feeding of the boilers within the district heating network of the city of Martigny.

As part of this project, our teams also carried out detailed stress analyses and performed the full system sizing, designed to withstand cumulative loads of up to 3’500 kN (approximately 350 tons).
